a 0.204 m2 portion of Lot 90, Blocks 1 and 2, Plan 2894 in District Lot 342, Group 1, identified as Parcel "14" and shown hatched on a plan certified by Walter E. Frith, British Columbia Land Surveyor, dated the 7th day of May, 1992; and, a 374.1 m* portion of Lot 103, Blocks 1 and 2, Plan 2894 in District Lot 342, Group 1, identified as Parcel "15" and shown hatched on a plan certified by Walter E. Frith, British Columbia Land Surveyor, dated the 7th day of May, 1992; and, a 70.97 mé@ portion of Lot 104, Blocks 1 and 2, Plan 2894 in District Lot 342, Group 1, identified as Parcel "16" and shown hatched on a plan certified by Walter E. Frith, British Columbia Land Surveyor, dated the 7th day of May, 1992; and, a 59.39 mé portion of Lot 102, Blocks 1 and 2, Plan 2894 in District Lot 342, Group 1, identified as Parcel "17" and shown hatched on a plan certified by Walter E. Frith, British Columbia Land Surveyor, dated the 7th day of May, 1992; in New Westminster District, at or vor the price or sum of $1.00 and in exchange for those certain parcels or tracts of land described in the preceding Section hereof. A copy of the plan referred to in Section 1 and Section 2 hereof is attached to this bylaw and made a part hereof. Those portions of road described in Section 1 hereof are hereby closed and stopped up to traffic of all kinds. Those portions of land described in Section 2 hereof, when conveyed to the City, shall be established as additions to the roads in the City. The Mayor and City Clerk of the City are hereby authorized to execute such conveyances, deeds, maps, receipts and other documents on behalf of the sald City as may be necessary for the purposes aforesaid and to affix the Corporate Seal of the City thereto. This Bylaw may be cited for all purposes as the "South Shaughnessy Lands Road Exchange Bylaw, 1992, No. 2697".
