The discharge of Land Use Contract No. 28, registered as No. P119989 in the New Westminster Land Title office on December 8th, 1978, under the authority of the “Land Use Contract No. 28 Authorization Bylaw, 1978, No. 1614" and modified by extension No. Y153120 and amendment No. Y153128 from Parcel One EXCEPT: Parcel "A™ (Reference Plan 72028), District Lot 480, Group One, Plan 70380, New Westminster District, is approved and His Worship the Mayor and City Clerk are authorized to execute the neccessary documents for this purpose, to affix the seal of the City thereto, and to register them in the New Westrinster Land Title Office. That certain parcel of land situated in Port Coquitlam, British Columbia which 1s more particularly described as: Parcel One EXCEPT: Parcel "A” (Reference Plan 72028), District Lot 480, Group One, Plan 70380, New Westminster District its hereby rezoned from RS-3 (Estate Residential) to CS~1 (Highway Commercial) and the Zoning Map of the “Port Coquitlam Zoning Bylaw, 1987, No. 2240" is hereby amended to reflect this rezoning. This Bylaw may be cited for all purposes as "Port Coquitlam Zoning Bylaw, 1987, No. 2240, Amendment Bylaw, 1989, No. 2468”. Read a first time by the Municipai Council this 20th day of November, 1989.
