SUBJECT: Development Variance Permit No. 19/89
for 1136 Settlers Court

RESOLUTION:

That as recommended by the Director of Community Planning in his
memorandum of April 13th, 1989 that a Voluntary Development Variance Permit be
issued to Lot 30, Plan 79870 that Zoning Bylaw No. 2240 Section 802, RS~2
Small Lot Residential, Section (5) Rear Yard Setback be relaxed by 1.5 metres

from 7.5 metres to 6 metres for a window bay.

BACKGROUND AND COMMENTS:

Pursuant to instructions issued by the Council at its meeting of April
17th, 1989 the owners and residents of property surrounding the subject
property have been advised that Council are considering issuance of this
Voluntary Development Variance Permit at its meeting of May ist, 1989.
Accordingly, at this time written or verbal submissions should be considered
by the Council and a decision reached as to whether or not the Development

Variance Permit should be issued. y
