Kirk DATE: August 9, 1988 City Administrator FROM: We Brown Director of Community Planning Aj mm 1861 Harbour Drive Rezoning Application (File No. 54/88) RECOMMENDATION: That City Council direct the Clerk's Office to prepare a bylaw rezoning Lot C, of Block 55, D.L. 232, Group 1, NWLD Plan 5854 from RS-1 to RS-2. And that tinal approval! of this rezoning be subject to the applicant registering an architectural control building scheme covenant on the property. COMMENTS: This epplication is to subdivide the largest property along the north side of Harbour Drive. An RS-2 zoning has been requested because of the depth of the property. Lots being created have a minimum size that meets the RS-1i standard. Due to the depth of lots, 40.23 metres, the developer is requesting an RS~2 zone to relax the lot width requirement. A condition recommended for approval for this application is introduction of a architectural control! building scheme.
