(6) REAR YARD:

(a) For buildings not exceeding six storeys in height, a rear yard is
required of not less than 7.5 m (24.6 ft.) in depth.

(b) For buildings exceeding six storeys in height, a rear yard is required
in accordance with the following table:

provided that in no case shal! the rear yard be less than 7.5 m
(24.6 fr.) in depth.

(7) SIDE YARDS:

(a) Where a lot borders a highway, a side yard shall be provided adjacent to
the highway, and shall be of the same depth as the front yard required
pursuant to this Bylaw.

(®) For buildings not exceeding six storeys in height side yards shali
be nor less than 7.5 m (24.6 ft.) in depth.

(c) For buildings exceeding six storeys in height, a yard is required
on each side of the building equal to .3 of the building height.
In no case shal! the width of each side yard be tess tnan 7.5 m
(24.6 ft.) nor shall the total of both side yaras be fess than
40 percent of the total lot width.

(8) HEIGHT OF BUILDINGS:

The height of a building shal! not exceed 30 m (98.435 ft.).

(9) ACCESSORY OFF-STREET PARKING:

Accessory Off-Street Parking shal! be provided in accordance with Division 2
of "Development Management Bylaw, 1987, No. 2242.""
