A-1 or RS-1; AND WHEREAS it is deemed desirable to rezone the entire parcel to CS-1; NOW THEREFORE the Municipal Council of The Corporation of the City of Port Coquitlam, in open meeting assembled, enacts as follows: 1. That certain Parcel of land situated in Port Coquitlam, British ‘ Columbia which is more particularly described as: Lot 182 District Lot 380 Group One Plan 58919 New Westminster District is hereby rezoned from CcS-1, RS-1, and A~l, to CS-1 in its entirety and the Zoning Map of "The Corporation of the City of Port Coquitlam Zoning By-law, 1979, No. 1651" is hereby amended to reflect this rezoning. 2. _ This By-law may be cited for all purposes as the "City of Port Coquitlam Zoning By-law, 1979, No. 1651, Amendment By-law, 1981, No. ' . 1864". By-law No. 1864: to rezone Lot 182, District Lot 380, Group One, Plan 58919, New Westminster District, from CS~-1, RS~1, and A-l, to CS~1 in its entirety. This Property is located at the Northeast corner of Lougheed Highway and Hastings Street and has the civic address 2471 Lougheed Highway.
