A By-law to amend the "City of Port Coquitlam Zonin ey. }
1979, No. 1651", ° OLT

WHEREAS although the larger portion of the Property hereinafter
described is zoned CS-1, small portions of the said property are now
zoned. A-1 or RS-1;

AND WHEREAS it is deemed desirable to rezone the entire parcel
to CS-1;

NOW THEREFORE the Municipal Council of The Corporation of the

City of Port Coquitlam, in open meeting assembled, enacts as follows:

1. That certain Parcel of land situated in Port Coquitlam, British

New Westminster District

is hereby rezoned from CcS-1, RS-1, and A~l, to CS-1 in its entirety and
the Zoning Map of "The Corporation of the City of Port Coquitlam Zoning
By-law, 1979, No. 1651" is hereby amended to reflect this rezoning.

2. _ This By-law may be cited for all purposes as the "City of Port

Coquitlam Zoning By-law, 1979, No. 1651, Amendment By-law, 1981, No.

1864". By-law No. 1864: to rezone Lot 182, District Lot 380, Group

One, Plan 58919, New Westminster District, from CS~-1, RS~1,
and A-l, to CS~1 in its entirety.

This Property is located at the Northeast corner of Lougheed
Highway and Hastings Street and has the civic address 2471
Lougheed Highway. The rezoning contemplated will place the
Property in the correct zone for its current use and would
permit the construction development of a truck sales and

service centre.
