Sale of City Property - 1792 Coquitlam Ave., & 1791 Suffolk Ave.

The Committee is prepared to recommend the sale of the above
mentioned City owned property. Before doing so it has been noted that
both parcels are eligible for duplex zoning and the Committee feels that
consideration should be given to rezoning them prior to sale. This question
was considered by last years Planning and Zoning Committee and they concurred
that duplex zoning was appropriate.
The Committee recommends that a Zoning Amendment By-law be
prepared covering the rezoning of these two parcels to duplex zoning.
