A By-law to amend the "City of Port Coquitlam Five Year Capital

Expenditure Programme By-law, 1977, No. 1540".

The Municipal Council of The Corporation of the City of Port Coquitlam,

in open meeting assembled, enacts as follows:

1. Schedule "A" of the "City of Port Coquitlam Five Year Capital Expenditure
Programme By-law, 1977, No. 1540" as enacted by the "City of Port Coquitlam Five
Year Capital Expenditure Programme By-law, 1977, No. 1540, Amendment By-law, 1977,
No. 1566" is struck out and Schedule “A as attached to this By-law is inserted

in its place.

2. This By-law may be cited for all purposes as the "City of Port Coquitlam
Five Year Capital Expenditure Programme By-law, 1977, No. 1540, Amendment By-law,

1977, No. 1575".

Read a first time by the Municipal Council this Twenty-second day of

December, 1977. , , .

Read a second time by the Municipal Council this Twenty-second day of

December, 1977.

Read a third time by the Municipal Council this Twenty~second day of

December, 1977.
