THE CORPORATION OF THE CITY OF PORT COQUITLAM

BY-LAW NO. 1346
A By-law to authorize the City to enter into Land Use Contract No. 7.
WHEREAS the "City of Port Coquitlem Zoning By-law, 1969, No. 918"

as amended designates certain areas of land within the zones set out

therein as "Development Areas";

AND WHEREAS the lands hereinafter described are situate within aa
area so designated;

_ AND WHEREAS the Owner of the said lands has made application for a
Land Use Contract to authorize works, development, and use some aspects
of which are not in conformity with the relevant City By-laws as the
game apply to the zone in which the said lands are situate;

AND WHEREAS the Council has given due regard to the following
considerations: | .
1. (a) the promotion of health, safety, convenience and welfare of
the public. _

‘(b) the prevention of the overerouding of land, and the preservation

of the amenities particular to any zone.

quality.
(b) the impact of development on present and future public costs.
(c) the betterment of the environment.
(a€) the fulfiliment of community goals.
(e). the provision of necessary public space.
and it is deemed desirable to enter into Land Use Contract No. 7
in the form and to the extent hereinafter provided;
WOW THEREFORE the Municipal Council of The Corporation of the City
of Port Coquitlam, in open meeting assembled, enacts as follows:
1. The Council of The Corporation of the City of Port Coquitlam is
hereby authorized and empowered to enter into 4 Land Use Contract with

Oceanshores Developments Ltd., 1313 West Pender Street, Vancouver,

Province of British Columbia,
