~ ean Ice Development, a company touted as an expert in arena
- construction, to redesign the second sheet of ice project at a
“cost of $200,000, bringing the amount of money spent since
- _ 2004 on designs for the yet-to-proceed project to roughly
~ $700,000. Advocates of a larger centre say a facility that will
"serve a broader cross section of the community is needed.
