DISCUSSION:

Approval of this development permit will enable the construction cf a
warehouse and office space. The project to conform to all requirements of the
zoning bylaw; no variances are requested.

As this building conforms to all aspects of the zcning bylaw and complies
with the design guidelines for Development Permit Area I, approval is
recommended subject to the conditions noted above.
