Carried. From the Director of Planning, December 3lst, 1991, regarding Rezoning Application 43/91 - 2618 Kingsway Avenue. Moved by Alderman Wright: Seconded by Alderman Thompson: That this application be approved to proceed for rezoning from RS-1 to P~2 under Section 963 of the Municipal Act subject to: l. Completion of a design to the satisfaction of the Director of Planning; The subject properties being consolidated with Lot A Plan 78712 NWD; Satisfaction of Engineering requirements; Submission of landscaping plans to the satisfaction of the Parks and Recreation Director. Strong consideration be given to the use of brick on main elevations. Carried.
