Campaign - 1992 Request for Support.

That Council approve a fee for service of $600.00 to the 1992 Pitch-In
British Columbia Campaign for organization of cleanup services.

And that the Mayor declare the week of May 4th, 1992 to May 1lOth, 1992 as
"Pitch-In Week”.

From the Director of Planning, December 3lst, 1991 regarding Parking
Requirements in Commercial Developments.

That the Planning Department be instructed to review the parking
requirements for new commercial developments and propose amendments to the
appropriate Bylaws if required, as time permits.

From the Director of Planning, December 3lst, 1991, regarding Rezoning
Application 43/91 - 2618 Kingsway Avenue.

Seconded by Alderman Thompson:

That this application be approved to proceed for rezoning from RS-1 to P~2
under Section 963 of the Municipal Act subject to:

l. Completion of a design to the satisfaction of the Director of
Planning;
The subject properties being consolidated with Lot A Plan 78712 NWD;
Satisfaction of Engineering requirements;
Submission of landscaping plans to the satisfaction of the Parks and
Recreation Director.
Strong consideration be given to the use of brick on main elevations.
