From the Parks and Recreation Director, July 6, 1990 regarding Fox
Street Park - Park Boundary Expansion,

Moved by Alderman Gates:
Seconded by Alderman Stewart:

That Council approve the boundary expansion of Fox Street Park to
include lots 19 through 22, Plan 2208 as outlined in the report attached to
Council Agenda by the Parks and Recreation Director.

From the Parks and Recreation Director, July 19, 1990 regarding Reeve
Street Park Clearing.

Moved by Alderman Gates:
Seconded by Aiderman Wright:

That the area designated in the Reeve Street Park plan for active area
be cleared.

That the estimated cost of $42,500 be taken from Park D.C.C. interest.

That letters be sent to residents adjacent to the park informing them of
the clearing.

That a proposal call be sent out to consultants for design drawings and
costing for the active area.

That thé Parks and Recreation Committee interview the various
consultants with a recommendation to Council

That the resolution from the Parks and Recreation Director, dated July
19th, 1990 be deferred until the cost of removing the cleared brush from the
park has been estimated.

That the Subdivision Plan of a portion of District Lot 290, Group One,
New Westminster District, prepared by Robert M. Reese, B.C.L.S., and dated
June 13th, 1990, wherein a portion of District Lot 290, being owned by the
Corporation of the City of Port Coquitiam, is consolidated from several
Separate parcels into one consolidated parcel having an area of 0.7412 ha and
a portion is dedicated as "Road" be and same is hereby approved;
