Analysis of Preposai:

The various leagues requesting "Special Occasion Licenses” this year
have had requests approved by City Council in previous years.

The Royal City League is a league run out of New Westminster however
two teams playing in the league are Port Coquitlam based teams.

It should also be noted that any approval by City Council is
conditional upon the applicant successfully obtaining R.C.M.P.
clearance and approval.

Conclusion:
It is appropriate that the City Council give approval for Special

Occasion Licenses to the following organizations: Royal City League,
PoCo Firefighters and PoCo Mens Fastball.
