Res Genstar, W.E. Industries and the City
of Port Coquitlam: Lot 17, Plan 73394

Further to our telephone conversation in the above
Matter, I enclose herewith a copy of the proposed
Restrictive Covenant relating to the encroachment on your
Right-of-Way on Lot 17. I understand that the form of
Restrictive Covenant must be approved in a designated
manner.

I will obtain the necessary execution of the
original document and forward same to you in due course,
assuming that approval is granted. In the meantime, I felt
it prudent to simply supply you with the proposed document
and seek the approval by the City prior to execution by all
parties.

I look forward to receiving your advice that the
City has approved the form.
