water and sewer on Broadway Street.

That the Engineer be instructed to proceed with option (E) as
described on the attachments to the City Engineer's October 30, 1986
report in place of the conventional gravity sewer system originally
proposed for the.industrial area and that the Contract with CMS
Construction Limited be modified to incorporate this change.
