That the Coquitlam Fine Arts Council be charged the nominal
Charge of $20.60 per hour for the use of the Mabbett Room.

The Coquitlam Area Fine Arts Council hold an annual fair in our I,
facilities, The fair is used as a fund-raising event for the Po

Pine Arts Council and, therefore, they come under the "Basic
Charge" rate for a rental. However, they have requested that
this rate would mean they would not be able to raise any money
