BYLAW NO. 2038

A Bylaw to provide for the adoption
of a capital expenditure programme. MAY ’ 1984

WHEREAS Section 266 of the "Municipal Act" being Chapter 290 of the Revised
Statutes of British Columbia, 1979, requires that on or before the fifteenth day
of May in each year the Council shal! cause to be prepared and adopt by bylaw a
capital expenditure programme for a period of not tess than tive years, showing
estimates of the proposed source and application of funds for capital purposes
for each year of the programme;

NOW THEREFORE the Municipal Council of The Corporation of the City of Port
Coquitlam, in open meeting assembled, enacts as follows:

Schedule "A" to this Bylaw shall be the capital expenditure programme of The
Corporation of the City of Port Coquitlam for the years 1984, 1985, 1986, 1987,
1988, 1989, 1990, 1991, 1992 and 1993.

The general expenditure programme contained in Schedule "A" shal remain in force
and effect until a new capita! expenditure programme js adopted in the year 1985,

This Bylaw may be cited for all purposes as the "Capital Expenditure Programme
Bylaw, 1984, No. 2038".

Reconsidered, finally passed and adopted by the Municipal Council of The
