A Bylaw to amend the "Election (Civic)

Procedure Bylaw, 1971, No. T1i5ie,

The Municipal Counci! of The Corporation of the City of Port Coquitlam in open
meeting assembled, enacts as follows:

Clause (b) of Section 3 of the "Election (Civic) Procedure Bylaw, 1971, No. 1115"
iS amended by striking out the expression "4.88 m2 (16 sq. ft.)" and substituting
the expression "1.48 m2 (16 sq. ft.)", ; -

This By law may be cited for all purposes as the "Election (Civic) Procedure
Bylaw, 1971,.No. 1115, Amendment Bylaw, 1983, No. 19921,

FIRST THREE READINGS

This amendment is required
to rectify an incorrect
metric conversion. This
bylaw applies only to civic:
elections. The policy .

elections has already been
amended as we are sure it
