BYLAW NO. 1973 MAY 2 1983

A Bylaw to provide for the Appropriating from the "Local Improvement
Fund" of the sum of $15,758.33 required to meet the owners! portion
of the cost of the work authorized by Bylaw No. 1688.

The Municipal Council of The Corporation of the City of Port Coquitlam; in open
meeting assembled, enacts as follows:

For the purpose of meeting the owners! portion of the cost of the work authorized
by the "Essex Avenue Paving, Extruded Concrete Curb and Storm Sewer Local
Improvement Construction Bylaw, 1979, No. 1688" there shall be appropriated from
the "Local Improvement Fund" of the Corporation the total sum of $15,758.33.

The said sum appropriated pursuant to Section 1 hereof shall be transferred from
the. "Local Improvement Fund" on the date of the Final adoption of this by Law. and
From that date shall bear interest at the rate of 10.5% per annum on the amount
outstanding and such interest shall be paid into the "Local Improvement Fund" as
the same becomes due and payable.

The said sum appropriated pursuant to Section 1 hereof shall be repaid into the.
"Local Improvement Fund" in ten (10) annual installments payable on. the. First day
of July in’each of the years. 1980 to 1989 inclusive, and the respective amounts
of the principal and interest payable in each year during the currency of the
appropriation and the total thereof is as Follows: - 7
