April 18th, 1983. /80

A regular meeting of the Municipal Council of The Corporation
of the City of Port Coquittam was held in the Council! Chamber,
Port Coquitlam City Hatl on Monday, April 18th, 1983 at 7:30 p.m.

His Worship Mayor L.M. Traboulay, Aldermen J.J. Keryluk, G.R.
Laking, E.W. Mabbett, D.J. Vater and M.R. Wright in attendance.

Also in attendance were City Administrator B.R. Kirk, City
Clerk R.A. Freeman, and City Engineer F.E. Peters, P. Eng.

His Worship Mayor L.M. Traboulay welcomed Judge Stuart M.
Leggatt and his family to the meeting and then presented Judge
Leggatt with a tribute expressing the City of Port Coquitlam's
appreciation for his service to the community. Mrs. Traboulay
presented Mrs. Leggatt with flowers. Mayor J.L. Tonn of the
District of Coquitlam was present and expressed thanks and
congratulations on behalf of the District of Coquittam.
