NOTICE OF MEETING

The next meeting of the Lower Mainland Parks Advisory Association
will be held on Thursday, November 27th, 1980, at the Cameron
Library and Recreation Centre, 9523 Cameror. Street, Burnaby.

This invitation includes wives and husbands of City or Municipal
representatives.

It would be appreciated if you would be responsible for issuing
invitations to appropriate people in your. city or municipality
and advise the receptionist at 942-0285 by Friday, November 21st,
1980, of the number of people who will be attending, in order to

finalize arrangements for catering.

& most interesting and enjoyable evening has been planned by the
Burnaby Parks & Recreation Commission. The guest speaker will be
Mr. Mike Powley, who is an instructor in the Recreational Facili-
ties Program at B.C.I.T. The topic will be “liquor and leisure
do mix in public recreation facilities! We hope to have a good

_ representation from all our members, please make a special effort
to encourage attendance at this meeting.
