The Municipal Council of The Corporation of the City of Port

Coquitlam will hold a Public Hearing in the Council Chambers, Port

Coquitlam City Hall, 2272 McAllister Avenue on Monday, May 12th, 1980 at

7:30 p.m. to consider the following proposed by-law to amend the "City

of Port Coquitlam Zoning By-law, 1979, No. 1651".

By-law No. 1751: to remove the Zone Designation of RS-2

assigned to Lot 113, Southeast Quarter, Section 7, Township 40,

Plan 24333, New Westminster District, and to assign

the Zone Designation of RS-l.

This property is located at 890 Victoria Drive and is being

rezoned in order to permit the subdivision thereof into two

single family residential lots.

A copy of the proposed By-law may be inspected in the Office
of the City Clerk, Port Coquitlam City Hall, at the address given above,
between the hours of 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., on working days, May lst to
May 12th, 1980.

All persons who deem their interest in property affected by
the propesed by-law shall be afforded an opportunity to be heard at the

Public Hearing on matters contained in the by-law.
