for the purpose of repaying the interest and’ principal due on the
debentures issued pursuant to Clause (a) of this Section.

7 The’ Collector shall prepare a—frontage~tax assessment roll in
accordance with the provisions of the "Local Improvement Charge By~law,
1969, No. 912" and shall see to the completion of the procedures leading
to certification of the sald roll by the Court of Revision.

8. The City's share of the cost of the work shall be the balance of
the cost of the work over and above the owners’ portion of the cost

and shall be paid from the proceeds of the debentures issued pursuant
to the borrowing authority granted by the Inspector of Municipalities.
9 This By-law may be cited for all purposes as the “Newberry Street

Paving, Extruded Concrete Curb, and Storm Sewer Local Improvement Construction

By-law, 1979, No. 1689".
