Goudal & Associates, British Columbia Land Surveyors, under Job Number C-2812-78, and to assign the Zone Designation of: (a) RS-1: te Lots 350, 351, 353, 354, 355, 356, 357, and 358 thereof; and, (b) RT-1: to Lot 352 thereof. This property is located at 851 Huber Avenue and is being rezoned in order to permit the subdivision thereof and it is expected that eight singie family family residential lots and one duplex residential lot will be created following completion of the rezoning procedures.
