he (g) Every owner shall display the Certificate of Occupancy in a prominent position at the entrance of the building or portion thereof. The authority having jurisdiction may issue a Certificate of Occupancy for the partial occupancy of a building if, in its opinion, such occupancy would not jeopardize life of property. Such Certificate shall be designated “ONTERTN" and shall apply only for an approved occupancy of a portion of a building under construction, and nay be revoked for failure to comply with the building permit relating to that building or portion of the building. . . |The authority having jurisdiction may issue a temporary Certificate of Occupancy ‘for a temporary building approved in accordance with this By-law or as otherwise provided in the building code. Every Certificate of Occupancy issued pursuant to the authority of this By-law shall be substantially in the form set out in Appendix "B" hereto, which Appendix is hereby incorporated with and made part of this By-law." 3.
