Freeman City Clerk Re: Three Proposed Rezoning Applications — Langan, Warwick, Taylor, Brown Area — R#3/75, R#15/76 and R#17/76 Under date of May 24th, 1977, Council members received a report from our City Engineer, Mr. V.G. Borch, P.Eng., relating the complicated circumstances surrounding the processing of the above-noted rezoning applications. Pursuant to the recommendation contained in the first paragraph of that Report, we would advise that the following three By-laws are available for Final Passage: ’ .Byrlaw No. 1469: to rezone Block H, Loty 15 & 16, D.L. 255, Plan 6430 from RS-2 (One~Family Suburban Residential) to RS-] (One-Family Residential). The East 16.5" of Taylor Street from Warwick Avenue to Langan Avenue will also be assigned the zone designation of RS-1 (One-Family Residential). This property is the block bounded by Taylor Street, Warwick Avenue, Brown Street, and Langan Avenue and at is expected that approximately 19 residential lots will be created following completion of the rezoning procedures. . ; et By-law No. 1470: to rezone the S.33" of Block V, D.L. 255, Plan 4653 from RS—2 (One-Family Suburban Residencial) to RS-1 (One-Family Residential). The East 16.5' of Taylor Street from Warwick Avenue to Marshall Avenue will ‘also be assigned the zone designation of RS-—1 (One-Family Residential). . _ ‘This property is located on the North side of Warwick Avenue between Taylor Street and Brown Street and it. is expected that approximately 23 residential lots wiil’ be created following completion of the rezoning procedures, By-law No. 1471: to rezone - (a) Lots 8 to 25, incl., Block D, D.L. 255, Plan 2106; {b) Lots 13*to 23, incl., Block I, D.L. 255, Plan 2106; (c) Lots 20 to 25, incl., Block 6, D.L. 255, Plan 2137 from RS~2 (One-Family Suburban Residential) to RS-1 (One-Family Residential). That portion of Warwick Avenue and the lane immediately North thereof lying East of Brown Street and West of the lane situate West of Ryan Street will also be assigned the zone designation of RS-1 (One-Family Residential). . . This property is located in the 1700 block Warwick Avenue and the 1700 block Marshall Avenue and it is expected that approximately 26 residential lots will be created following completion of the rezoning procedures.
