legally described as the Remainder of D, Plan 5086 and comprising approximately
3 acres, be gold to The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints,

SUBJECT to withdrawal of the property from the Agricultural Land Reserve,
a satisfactory price being arranged for, the Planning Department's
comments being satisfactory, and any other items of interest being satis-—

factorily resolved, Carried.

Committee, March 4th, 1976, the City not pursue acquisition of three
lots located on Stafford Street at this time. Carried.
aCity Adm.re From the City Administrator, March 4th, 1976, submitting a list of
'76 insurance coverage-

City vehicles the City vehicles showing the coverage placed thereon for 1976, and

advising that the main points changed are:

1.- Public Liability has been increased to $1 Million from $500,000.
2. The Collision coverage has been deleted on many vehicles, except

those which may be driven outside of the municipality or in the case of

high-risk vehicles. Most of the fire vehicles, including the inhalators,

have been insured for collision ag well as the garbage trucks, the
sweeper and the hiab crane.

3. Comprehensive coverage, which includes fire and theft, has been
left on all vehicles except trailers. |

In his report, the City Administrator also mentioned that the total
premiums for 1976 (after the fleet discount) comes to $16,038.00 while
Jast year the similar figure, including the fleet discount, came to
$9,216.00.

That the purchase of Fleet Insurance Coverage for 1976 through
I.C.B.C. on City-owned vehicles at a total cost of $16,038.00, as set

forth in a report from the City Administrator, March 4th, 1976, be
