RE: Building Permit for Duplex Strata Title Application

We have an application for a new duplex strata title at 1432 Barberry
Drive, the lot in question is vacant and meets all the requirements for a two
family Residential use as set down in the present Zoning By-law. A visual], in-
spection of the proposed site has been made and is concurrent with our records
on file of the area.

Would you please bring this to Council to determine if they will approve
it. Enclosed are two copies of plans and copy of strip map of the area.
