RECOMMENDATION

Application to subdivide by Strata Title Plan an existing duplex
at 3318-20 Edinburgh Street,

Lot 205, D.L. 465, Plan 32222,

The duplex in question is approximately 5 years old. Each wit
is 975 square feet in size. According to the submitted sketch,
the siting of the building meets all the requirements of the
Zoning By~law. °

According to a statement of the applicant, one half of the duplex
is presently vacant and the other half will be purchased by the
present tenants.

This application was dealt with by the Planning and Zoning

Committee at its November 27, 1974 meeting and the Committee
recommended that the application be approved subject to the
established policy of Council on conversion. , .
