Attached hereto please find a print of the above mentioned proposed
“subdivision which has been submitted to this office for approval by the Approving
Officer, The Proposed Lot 109 does not meet the frontage requirements of the
City's Subdivision of Land By-law. Please accept this memorandum as a request
that this proposed subdivision be placed before the City Council with the recon-
mendation that an exemption in accordance with Section 712 (2) of the Municipal
Act be provided for the Proposed Lot 109,

The applicant has complied with all City requirements for the rezoning
of these properties. As soon as fourth and final reading of the rezoning by-law
has been passed and the above exemption has been provided this subdivision can

. be approved,
