Please accept this memorandum as a request that this proposed subdivision be placed before the City Council with the recon- mendation that an exemption in accordance with Section 712 (2) of the Municipal Act be provided for the Proposed Lot 109, The applicant has complied with all City requirements for the rezoning of these properties.
