refuse from a sawmlll-planermill comptex
known as Skeena Sawmills located at 6330
Highway 16 West, Terrace, B.C. and give
notice of application to all persons ai-

2. The refuse-disposal site of approximately
46 hectarea will be located at P.O.C. 168 M
East of the N.E. corner of D.L. 1398, thence
400 M East, thence 400 M North, thence 400
M West, thance 400 M South. ‘

4. ‘the type of rafuse to be discharged will
be Industrial wood refuse.

4. The rate of discharge will be:

Average dally (based on operating period),
250 cuble metres. Total annua! discharge,
52,500 cubic metres. The operating period
during which the refuse will be discharged

days/year,

§.The composition of the refuse (in parcent
by weigh! or volume) is estimated to be
