In addition computers will be invoiced at $10 per hour including the cost of
plotting services. All disbursements would be invoiced at cost plus 5% to
cover handling charges. These hourly rates and the following fee estimates do
not include the Federal Goods and Services Tax which would be added to all
charges at cost. .

Based on the estimated time to complete the tasks as shown on the attached
Manpower Schedule, we recommend a budget of $48,100 plus GST be
established to complete this assignment. This fee estimate may be broken
