A Bylaw to amend the “Port Coquitlam Zoning Bylaw, 1987, No. 2240°EP 14

The Munielpal Council of The Corporation of the City of Port Coquitlam, in
open meeting assembled, enacts as followa:

Ll. That certain parcels of land situated in Port Coquitlam, British Columbia
which 1s more particularly deseribed as:

Group 1,

Plan 78712,

New Westminster District:

having an area of 2,864 m* (30, 837 aq. ft.), more or less, shown
included within the heavy outline on the plan annexed to this Bylaw
am Schedule "A" and made a part hereof

ig hereby rezoned from P=2 (Private Istitutional) to RM-4 (Apartment) and
the Zoning Map of the "Port Coquitlam Zoning Bylaw, 1987, No. 2240" 4a
hareby amended to reflect this rezoning.
