That the "Port Coquitlam Zoning Bylaw, 1987, No. 2240, Amendment Bylaw, 1990, No.
2510" be reconsidered, finally passed and adopted.

Whereas the “Official Community Plan Amendment Bylaw No. 34, 1992, No. 2678"
received first two readings on May Ith, 1992;

And whereas the Council has, since that date, considered the proposed amendment to the
Official Community Plan in conjunction with the City’s most recent Capital Expenditure

Program;

And whereas the Council has, since that date, considered the proposed amendment to the
Official Community Plan in conjunction with the Economic Strategy Plan entitled "Port

Coquitlam Industrial Development Strategy":

And whereas no applicable Waste Management Plan exists for consideration;

And whereas the required statutory procedures, including the holding of a Public Hearing,
have been followed and the said Bylaw No. 2661 was read a third time on June 15th, 1992,
