LANDSCARING

All landscaping referred to in this section shall comprise 4
compination of lawn, plants and trees planted to British Columbia
Nursery Trade Association (B.C.N.T.A.) atandards.-

(a) Landacaping shall cover not less than 5% of the site area;

(bp) Landscaping shall be provided along front property lines and
- along any rear or side property lines abutting a street or
residential zone. Such landscaping bordezs shall be at least 5 m
(16.4 £t.) in width, except that when the property abuts a
provincial highway, such landscaping borders shall be at least 8
m (26.2 ft.) in width.

Landscaping shail be provided adjacent to all building walls
facing a atreet or park. Such landscaping borders shall be at
ieast 2m (6.5 ft.) in width.

Landscaped islands shall be provided in all parking areas facing
a street and/or intended to be utilized by customers or visitors.
The total area of these landscaped islands shall be not less than
5% of the parking area where they are located, and shall not
include any landscaped area required under Sections 11(b) or
Li(c).

NOTES.
The operation of all uses shall comply with any environmental and

public health performance standards of the Provincial and Federal
Government.
