That City Council direct the Clerk's Office to inform surrounding
neighbours of this application and place a resolution on a subsequent
Council Meeting Agenda to issue a Voluntary Development Permit to Lots 2,
3, 4 and 5 of District Lot 255, Group One, NWLD Plan 17243 for relaxation
of the Subdivision Bylaw No. 2241 Section 4.2.3, cul-de-sac bulbs.

Widening.

That the Reference Plan prepared by Waiter E. Frith, British Columbia
Land Surveyor, dated 7th day of December 1988 wherein certain portions of
City owned property on both the vest Side and east side of Mary Hill Road
between Atkins Avenue and Pitt River Road are dedicated as "Road" be and
the same is hereby approved;

AND THAT his Worship the Mayor and City Clerk be authorized to sign
the said plan on behalf of the City and to affix the Corporate Seal of
the City thereto.
