Weatern Mortgage Discharge of old covenants

That City Coweil authorize the Mayor and Clerk te endorse the discharge to
the old Restrictive Covenants governing use of the Hydra right of way within
the north townkouge site,

Part of the process of preparing documentation for the land use control
covenants, is that the property is to be divided into two sections, one for
multiple family housing and the other for single family. The reasoning for
thig is to register Separate covenants on each section that ig specifically
tailored to the land use to be developed there.
