SUBJECT: cf City Property ~ 3400 Block Coast Meridian Road

RESOLUTION:

"WHEREAS the lands hereinafter deseribed are uot required for municipal
purposes nor are they reserved or dedicated;

NOW THEREFORE be it resolved that:

1.

Lot A, District Lot 479, Group One, Plan 2145, New Westminster
District, Port Coquitlam, B.C. be sold by tender if a bid acceptable
to Council is received.

The City Clerk is hereby instructed and authorized to publish and post
the "Real Property for Sale By Tender" notice appearing in the Agenda
documents of this Council Meeting.

The terms and conditions contained therein are hereby approved;

The City Clerk carry out the procedures set out therein.

Council reserves the right to accept any bid or to reject all of the

bids if Council in its absolute discretion determines that rejection
-1lg appropriate.

The upset price stated is based upon an appraisal as at May llth, 1988.
