DRAFT RESOLUTION i

That the subdivision plan ef portions of District Lots 232,
340, 341 and 344, Group One, New Westminster District prepared
by Raymond Harold Janzen, B.C.L.S., and dated the iith day of
October, 1983 and wherein Lot A, Block 21, District Lot 232,
Group One, Pian 5087, New Westminster District, (being owned by
The Corporation of the City of Port Coquitiam) is included; be
and the same is hereby approved;

SUBJECT to the City becoming the owner of the new Lot 6 shown
‘on the said subdivision plan; . H

AND _ THAT His Worship the Mayor and City Clerk be authorized to
execute the said subdivision plan and such other documents as
_may be necessary to achieve the purpose aforesaid on behalf of
the City and to affix the Corporate Seal of the City thereto.
