We have now completed ‘our review of the above noted
-law.

Before advancing the by-law to the Minister of Municipal
Affairs and Housing for his consideration we would draw your attention to
the following comments,

Water Resources Service, to whom the by-law was referred
for comment have advised that as the area May be subject to flooding
by several watercourses, it is recommended that the provisions shown
on the attached sheet be included within the by-law,

We will hold the by-law in abeyance pending your advice,
