MEMORANDUM

TO: Mayor and Aldermen May 14th, 1975

Re: - Land Use Contract No. 10 - Greater Vancouver Housing Corporation

We set forth hereunder the various resolutions that will be required to be
passed by the Council in order to finalize the above-noted matter:

i. That Lots 28 to 42, inclusive, South-west Quarter Saction 6, Township 40,
Plan 3167, New Westminster District, be sold to the Greater Vancouver Housing
Corporation at or for the sum of One Hundred Twenty-four Thousand Dollars
($124,000.00): .

AND THAT His Worship the Mayor and City Clerk be authorized to execute

‘the necessary documents therefor on behalf of the City and affix the Corporate

Seal thereto;

2. That Parcel ue" (By-law Plan 47811) of the South-west Quarter Section 6,

Township 40, Plan 1329, New Westminster District and Parcels "cq" and "gq"
(By-law. Plan 47811) of the South-west Quarter Section 6, Township 40, Plan

. 2289, New Westminster District, be sold to the Greater Vancouver Housing

Corporation at or for the sum of One Hundred Eighty Thousand Dollars ($180,000.00):

AND THAT His Worship the Mayor and City Clerk be authorized to execute
the necessary documents therefor on behalf of the City and affix the Corporate

Seal thereto.

3. That the parcel of real property described as:

All and singular that certain, piece, parcel or tract of land
and premises, situate, lying and being a portion of Lot 4 of

Lot F of the South West Quarter, Section 6, Township 40, New

Westminster District, as shown on registered plan 16087.

And which may be more particularly described as follows.

Commencing at the North West corner of said Lot 4,

Thence on a bearing of N88-44-00E following the North bourvary
of said Lot 4, a distance of 101.97 feet,

Thence on a bearing of S06-07-10W parallel to the West boundary
of said Lot 4, a distance of 218.70 feet, ;

Thence on a bearing of S68~40-50W, a distance of 109.51 feet,
more or less, to an intersection with the West boundary of
said Lot 4,

Thence on a bearing of 00-07-10E, following the West boundary
of said Lot 4, a distance of 256.24 feet, more or less, to the
