Application for Building Permit - 2986 Coast Meridian Road -
Westgate Enterprises Ltd.

Following the action taken by Council with respect to the above
noted matter at the regular Council Meeting held on July 22nd, 1974 we
would suggest the following resolution for the Council's consideration:

"WHEREAS at the regular meeting of this Council held on July
22nd, 1974 the Chief Building Inspector was instructed to
withhold the issuance of a building permit to Westgate Enterprises
Led. for the construction of a 76-unit apartment building at .
2986 Coast Meridian Road for a period of 30 days from July 15th,

1974; .

AND WHEREAS it is the opinion of this Council that the develop-
ment proposed in the application is at variance with an amendment
in course of preparation to the Zoning By-law; namely, the "City
of Port Coquitlam Zoning By-law, 1969, No. 918, Amendment ‘By-law,
1974, No. 1328's

NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the issuance of a building
permit to Westgate Enterprises Ltd. for the construction of a
76-unit apartment building at 2986 Coast Meridian Road be with-

held for a further 60 days."
