Freeman, City Clerk RE: Zoning Amendment By-laws Nos. 1147 and 1148 ‘ (See Map Attached) The following is an excerpt from the minutes of the regular Council meeting held October 2, 1972: "The City Clerk then advised that By-laws Nos. 1147 and 1148 Proposed to amend the "City of Port Coquitlam Zoning By-law, 1969, No. 918" were available for further consideration, and that adoption thereof would permit the subdivision of Properties owned by Mr. J.S. Butler and Mr. A.J. Ricard to proceed, Moved by Alderman Laking: Seconded by Aiderman Thompson: That By-law No. 1147 be reconsidered, finally passed and adopted, Defeated Aldermen Laking, Mabbett, and Thompson voted in favour of resolution, By-law to effect adoption thereof, Moved by Alderman Laking: Seconded by Alderman Thompson: That further consideration of By-law No. 1148 be tabled until the next Council meeting. Carried Alderman Ranger voted against the resolution. Alderman Laking then By~law No, In line with Alderman Laking's notice of m Stating the same in the following terms; “That the matter of re-consideration, final passage and adoption of By-law No. 1147 be reconsidered." ;
