“All parking or stopping of unauthorized vehicles in the
marshalling area, the 4600 and 4700 Blocks of Park
Avenue is prohibited between the hours of 9:00 a.m, to
42:00 noon on the day of the parade.

Vehicles are prohibited from parking along the Parade
route, (Lakelse Avenue, from Eby Street to Atwood
Street) from 11:00 a.m. until the parade is completed.
