At jaast 24 hours prior to sm requested occupancy inspection,
the certification required in subsection 11.4.1. shall be
supported by submission of the following reports:

L1.5-). proof of compliance for all materials, equipment or
methods of construction, when required by the
Building Inspector;

Professional as a condition of issuance of the
building permit, certification that the work
complies with all requirements of the Budidi:g Code
and this Bylaw;

the sprinkler syatem have heen flushed, inspected,
and tested to meet NFPA~13 standards;

11.5.4. a "Certificate of Verification" (or eaguivalent)
together with the manufacturer's (inventory)
