SUBJECT: Property Consolidation - Pitt River and Rowland

RESOLUTION:

That the consolidating subdivision plan of certain property owned by The
Corporation of the City of Port Coquitlam in District Lots 174 and 289,
Group 1, New Westminster District, prepared by Robert M. Reese, B.C.L.S., and
dated June 10th, 1992, wherein Lot "A" having an area of .7594 ha,are created
and a portion of the said certain property is dedicated as “Road", be approved;

And That the Mayor and Clerk are authorized to execute the documents necessary

for the purposes aforesaid, affix the Carperate Seal of the City thereto, and
make the necessary filings in the Land Title Office.

BACKGROUND AND COMMENTS:

A copy of the plan that would be approved by the resolution stated above is
attached.

This comes before Council in order that proceedings under the “Rindall Avenue
(2300 Block) Road and Lane Exchange Bylaw, 1992, No. 2694", may be completed.
