That His Worship the Mayor and the City Clerk be authorized to execute the attached Statutory
Rights of Way Agreements:

Storm Sewer Right of Way Agreement over Lot "A" except; parts subdivided
by Plan_______; Section 6, Township 40, N.W.D., Plan §345, and Lot &
except; firstly, parts subdivided by Plan 32417; secondly, parts subdivided by
Plan : Section 6, Township 40, .W.D., Plan 4318.

A Sanitary/Sterm Sewer Right of Way Agreement over lots
5 ,6,7,8,11,12,13,14,17-38 & 39, Plan 5345 and Lot 8, Plan

The developer of the Fremont Subdivision, as part of the conditions of subdivision is to registrar
the attached two Statutory Rights of Way Agreements - ons for a storm sewer right of way and
another for a combined sanitary/storm sewer right of way.
