BACKGROUND:

The proposed rezoning will facilitate the first subdivision in the

. therefore, being coordinated for completion after Council grants final
approval to the Riverwood Area Control Plan and approves the Northeast Sector
Comprehensive Development Plan.

PROJECT DESCRIPTION:

The applicants are proposing a 57 single family lot subdivision; lots
oo are sized in accordance with the RS~-2 zone (minimum area 375 square meters, |
minimum width 12 meters). The proposed layout is identical to the one an
