Zoning Bylaw, 1979, No. 1651".

The Municipal Council of The Corperation of the City of Port Coquitlam, in open
meeting assembled, enacts as follows: ;

That certain parcel of land situated in Port Coquitlam, British Columbia which is
more particularily described as: .

New Westminster District

is hereby rezoned from RS-1 (Sing!e Family Residential) to P=2 (Special!
Institutional) and the Zoning Map of the "City of Port Coquitlam Zoning Bylaw,
1979, No. 1651" is hereby amended to reflect this rezoning. .

This Bylaw may be cited for ail purposes as the "City of Port Coquitiam Zoning
Bylaw, 1979, No. 1651, Amencment Bylaw, 1986, No.. 2161".

Read a first time by the Municipal Council! this 27th day of January, 1986.
Read a second time by the Municipal Counci |! this 27th day of January, 1986.

Public Hearing held this 17th day of February, 1986.

2191 Prairie Avenue (Northeast corner of Prairie Avenue and Shaughnessy Street)
